System Maintenance
To maintain a secure and productive IT infrastructure, 3RT utilizes a proactive system maintenance process. This process covers all systems and is conducted on quarterly or annual basis, depending on manufacturer best practices.
There are two steps to the system maintenance:
Assessment
An engineer will execute an assessment leveraging leading edge third-party tools and/or in-house customized scripts to gather the proper information. Once the assessment process is complete, 3RT will determine what remediation steps, if any, are necessary to maintain your systems highest performance ultimate security.
Remediation
If any remediation interventions are needed, 3RT engineering will determine the scope of the necessary changes and communicate the remediation plan to the customer. No remediation changes are made without communication to the customer and their approval.
