The following is a description of Lemonweir Valley Telephone Company and LVT Corp DBA 3RT Networks Privacy Policy for its Information Technology (IT) services, or by visiting its website, you are consenting to 3RT Networks’ information gathering and use practices as in effect from time to time.  If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy as it applies to 3RT Networks’ services, please do not hesitate to contact us via telephone at 877-779-1323.

Information Collection
3RT Networks collects information from customers at several different points as it provides IT services.  3RT Networks is the sole owner of the information it collects in the course of providing IT services.

3RT Networks’ website creates and uses “cookie” technology.  “Cookies” are strings of text that a website stores on a user’s computer.  Cookies enables a website to keep track of a user’s preferences and activities relating to that website.

Use of Information
3RT Networks uses information it obtains in the course of providing its services and from its website for the following purposes:

• Internal marketing and analysis to customers who have consented to 3RT Networks offering those services to them;
• Order Processing;
• To maintain and administer the services it provides;
• To satisfy legal requirements, including but not limited to, responding to legal demands for information and enforcing 3RT Networks’ use policies; and
• As appropriate in situations that 3RT Networks reasonably considers to be emergencies involving personal safety.

3RT Networks will not sell, share or rent Customer’s information to others in ways other than as described in its Privacy Policy.  We may share aggregated demographic information with 3RT Networks’ service providers.  This information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person or entity.

Links and Other Non 3RT Networks Sites
This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by 3RT Networks from its provision of services and from its website. 3RT Networks’ website may contain links to other sites.  3RT Networks may also host websites designed and used by others.  3RT Networks is not responsible for the privacy practices of sites other than its own.  3RT Networks encourages customers to be aware when they leave 3RT Networks’ site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.

Minors
3RT Networks’ website and its information gathering in connection with 3RT Networks’ other services are not intended to collect information about minors. Persons under age 18 should use this and 3RT Networks’ video and internet access services, only with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Security

Notice of Change
If 3RT Networks decides to change this Privacy Policy, 3RT Networks may post those changes on this site so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email.  Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner.  We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

Each customer has the right to review all personally identifiable information regarding the customer that is collected and maintained by 3RT Networks. That information will be made available to a customer at 3RT Networks’ office at 103 Leonard St., West Salem, WI 54669 during regular business hours, upon the customer’s request.  Customers will be given a reasonable opportunity to collect any errors in the personally identifiable information 3RT Networks has collected concerning that customer.

3RT Networks retains personally identifiable information only for as long as it is needed for 3RT Networks’ business purposes.  3RT Networks is required to destroy personally identifiable information if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and there are no pending requests or orders for access to that information by the customer or pursuant to a court order.

Any person aggrieved by 3RT Networks’ violation of the Privacy Act may bring a civil action in the United States District Court for actual, punitive damages, reasonable attorney fees and other reasonably incurred litigation costs. This remedy is in addition to any other lawful remedy available under federal or state law.

Privacy
3RT Networks treats email messages as private.  Exceptions are those permitted by law including, for example (I) as necessary to operate the system or protect 3RT Networks’ rights or property; (II) upon legal demand or court orders, warrants, subpoenas; or (III) where 3RT Networks received information inadvertently which appears to pertain to the commission of a crime.  Customers should be aware that electronic messages may be intercepted lawfully or unlawfully outside of 3RT Networks’ system.  In addition, although 3RT Networks implemented certain security measures, 3RT Networks cannot guarantee that its system or stored data of a customer will be free from unauthorized intrusion or otherwise guarantee the privacy of information of any customer.  Customer consents to 3RT Networks’ collection and use of personal information collected in the course of 3RT Networks’ providing services to customer.  3RT Networks’ collection and use customer’s personal information is subject to the terms of 3RT Networks’ privacy policy as posted on its website at www.3rtnetworks.com.

Interception and Enforcement
Customer agrees that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute arising from use of 3RT Networks’ service resides in the courts located in the State of Wisconsin.  Customer consents to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Wisconsin, as to any claim or dispute arising from use of 3RT Networks’ service.  These Terms of Service supersede all other written or oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matter.  A waiver or modification of these Terms of Service shall only be effective if in writing signed by an authorized officer or 3RT Networks.  These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to conflict of law principles.  If any of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall be enforceable and valid to the greatest extent permitted by law.  These Terms of Service apply in addition to any Internet access service or web hosting agreement between 3RT Networks and the customer.
